Ingest & classify
OCR for scans, seal and signature detection, extraction of number, date and issuing body. Automatic classification and routing into the repository.
From document to decision in minutes, not days. DocOps ingests, classifies, searches with citations, maps legal impact and drafts under Decree 30. Your staff always make the final call.

Six steps; a person decides at the last one
Three flows for the administrative document lifecycle, sharing one knowledge base that grows with your institution.
OCR for scans, seal and signature detection, extraction of number, date and issuing body. Automatic classification and routing into the repository.
Ask in plain language across the whole repository. Every answer cites its sources and says "insufficient basis" instead of guessing.
Map legal relationships, flag expired references, generate drafts on Decree 30 templates and check the format before signing.
Across ingest, search and drafting, repetitive work drops from hours of manual effort to a few minutes.
Every answer names its source and warns as soon as a cited basis has expired.
The repository and the legal relationship graph accumulate year after year and do not leave with staff turnover.
Document format follows the national standard; a staff member always approves before issuance.
A document stays pending until a staff member reviews, edits and approves it. AI never replaces that decision.
Original documents live on your computer. Each institution gets its own key and a fully separate workspace.
The server only runs the AI steps and keeps no content after returning a result.
Version 1.0.0, released 15 Sep 2026. Free to download, activated with your institution key.
