Getting an activation key

How your institution gets a key

Step 1

Download and install DocOps

Pick the Windows or macOS build on the Download page and follow the guide.

Step 2

Send the request from the app

On the activation screen choose "No key yet (new registration)", enter your institution and a contact, then send.

Step 3

Receive the key by email

Agentra reviews the request and emails a key in the form DOCOPS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Enter it and you are in.

Or email us with your institution name and what you need, and we will get back to you.

Bug reports and feedback

When something goes wrong, send us the following so we can act fast:

  • Which screen you were on and what you clicked
  • The error message shown (with a screenshot if possible)
  • Your Windows or macOS version, and the chip if it is a Mac
  • Your DocOps version (Settings, Version tab)
Two ways to send

Email info@agentra.io.vn, or open Feedback inside the DocOps app: feedback sent from the app automatically includes the version and technical logs.
