1. Scope
This policy covers this website (docops.agentra.io.vn), operated by Agentra JSC. How the DocOps application handles your institution's documents and data is described on the AI and data transparency page.
2. What the website collects
- The website has no forms; you do not enter any personal data here.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights record anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type, loading speed) and use no cookies.
- Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you click "Accept" in the cookie bar. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart; IP addresses are anonymised by default in Google Analytics 4.
- When you click a download button, the request goes directly to Agentra's download server, which keeps ordinary technical access logs (IP address, time, file).
3. Cookies and withdrawing consent
Your choice in the cookie bar is stored in your browser (localStorage, key docops.consent) and is not sent to any server. To withdraw consent, clear this site's data in your browser settings; the cookie bar appears again on your next visit and Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept again.
4. External links
The website links to Agentra's download server and to agentra.io.vn. External sites have their own policies.
5. Data inside the DocOps application
Documents you load into DocOps stay on your computer. The server only runs the AI steps, keeps no content after returning a result and never uses institution data to train models. See the AI and data transparency page for details.
6. Your rights
Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection you have the right to be informed, to access, correct and delete your personal data and to withdraw consent. Because the website stores no identifying personal data, requests are usually fulfilled by clearing browser data as in section 3; send any other request to the address in section 7.
